So happy days.. There’s a gluten free bakery within walking distance from my guesthouse in Chiang Mai! It’s called The Blue Diamond Breakfast Club.
So now a few days a week I’ll take the 5 minute walk and pick up a treat to have with my coffee.
Reviews and pictures are coming. So, far.. brown rice bread, apple pineapple muffins, cinnamon almond muffins, chocolate banana muffins and I have yet to try the brownies or banana muffins.
So, if you’re thinking of coming to Thailand… come on up to Chiang Mai. You can stay at my guesthouse and be close to some gf treats. ;)
