So far these are my favorite. There are good sized chunks of apple in the base. I think think that’s what keeps them so moist inside. A lot of gluten free baked goods suffer from a texture issue. Usually they’re pretty dry and hard. On the contrary, these are quite moist and soft. Yay progress.

To add to the goodness is a generous amount of rice flour based crumble on top.

I’ve ended up buying these more often than anything else at Blue Diamond. For awhile I was meaning to try something new to review on this site but ended up getting another one of these instead. I couldn’t help myself. They’re just so good.

Paired with a good cup of coffee, I’m in gluten free heaven… in Thailand.. who’da thought?!
