Oh what’s this? Why it’s a chocolate sugar bomb aka gluten free brownie from Blue Diamond in Chiang Mai. With some strong coffee this is a great late morning snack! While it doesn’t quite have the genuine bromnie texture like the Betty Crocker mix, it is really good in its own right. The frosting/glaze on top is a nice touch and makes it a little cake like. Definitely recommended. Now.. Get to Thailand and come try for yourself ;)
