Going gluten-free and/or diagnosed with celiac? It's not the end of the (good food) world.
It is hard to imagine good pizza being gluten free. Or beer. Or any worthwhile baked good.
There are some and I've found them. This is my place to share my good finds with some quick reviews.
1. Gluten Free Comfort Food
Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
The dough is a bit dry but it says it will be in the directions.
I’m back home visiting from Thailand and cooking these with my mom. She in her chocoholic wisdom added some Dutch cocoa, extra chocolate chips, and walnuts.
Waiting for them to bake….
