Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies And the verdict is… good but not better than Betty Crocker. The extra cocoa and walnuts gives it a nice mix of flavors but the cookies themselves are just too gritty as many gluten free products tend to be. I’ll have to try adding the cocoa and walnuts to the Betty Crocker mix and be in Glenn free cookie heaven. I’ll try to squeeze in some more reviews while I’m back states-side as there is much more variety of gf products here than back in Chiang Mai. Happy Holidays
