Going gluten-free and/or diagnosed with celiac? It's not the end of the (good food) world.
It is hard to imagine good pizza being gluten free. Or beer. Or any worthwhile baked good.
There are some and I've found them. This is my place to share my good finds with some quick reviews.
1. Gluten Free Comfort Food
Alright here it is… a gluten free cone topped with brown butter pecan ice cream at Bi-Rite Creamery.
I can’t tell you how long it has been since I’ve had a cone. It tastes and feels just like a real one.
Now all they need are gluten free sugar cones and waffle cones.
Oh and the brown butter pecan ice cream is badass. Goes with the cone very well.
