Going gluten-free and/or diagnosed with celiac? It's not the end of the (good food) world.
It is hard to imagine good pizza being gluten free. Or beer. Or any worthwhile baked good.
There are some and I've found them. This is my place to share my good finds with some quick reviews.

Best thing since sliced bread… gluten free sliced bread. This stuff is the holy grail of GF bread. It’s actually edible (and delicious!!) when not toasted. I just had one tester slice with some butter on it and had to post the review right away!
The search for good GF bread is over! Hmm, I hear they make pizza crusts too. I’ll have to try some of them.
