All of these Sunshine burgers/patties are pretty similar. This one is marketed as a breakfast patty. I may shatter your hopes and dreams with this one but… it’s nothing like a breakfast sausage patty.  With that out of the way, these are just a slight tweak on any of the other things they put out and are as good as any of the others.

I put some more of the awesome Habanero Jack Cheese from Whole Foods on top and then on some Udi’s GF White Sandwich bread with mayo. MmmMmm… You can’t really go wrong with good cheese and bread. Put almost anything half way decent in between and you’re good.

Bottom line: Good sandwich fodder
