Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Granola - Loaded Fruit and Nut

This granola uses corn flakes in place of oats from traditional granola. It’s pretty yummy and works really well as a cereal. It’s got all kinds of good bits in it: Sunflower seeds, Flax seeds, Raisins, Sesame seeds, Dried coconut, Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Dried cranberries, Pecans, Dried apricots, and Brazil nuts.

Damn that’s a lot of stuff. It all plays together nicely. For breakfast today I had some as cereal with fresh raspberries on top and it turned out great.

I’ve also picked up some Udi’s granola on the last trip to Whole Foods. They take a more traditional approach with certified gluten free oats. We’ll see how it stacks up against the kitchen sink of ingredients that is Trader Joe’s GF Granola.
