I like to think that brownies have a spectrum. It runs from cake to fudge. These lay at the middle leaning towards the denseness of fudge. They are a little bit on the dry side and have an aftertaste flavor I just can’t place. And yet it disappeared off my plate pretty quickly. And, It pairs oh so nicely with some milk.

Now how do they stack up against Nature’s Divine Mini Brownies? Right now I’d have to call it a draw. I do like the self limiting serving size that the mini brownies create. But sometimes you want a nice square brownie. I think I’ll have to do a side by side comparison later to settle this.

I’m curious to visit their storefront up in San Francisco. I’ll write up a post when I do.
