Going gluten-free and/or diagnosed with celiac? It's not the end of the (good food) world.
It is hard to imagine good pizza being gluten free. Or beer. Or any worthwhile baked good.
There are some and I've found them. This is my place to share my good finds with some quick reviews.

And damn them for showing all those shots of boulangerie’s! Haven’t been back to France since realizing the gluten intolerance (not really the reason).. but honestly without being able to eat gluten, what’s the point of going to France?
Thanks to a tip from a guest at my guesthouse, I now know of another source for gluten free treats in Chiang Mai, Thailand!
Butter is Better Bakery (great name)
This is a slice of Almond Cream Pie from their mini Site within the Rimping supermarket that I happened upon by accident. Very good! Not overwhelmingly sweet, and really just right.
I’m looking forward to venturing out to their main location near the Night Bazaar and testing their gluten free bread!

Technically, Corona can be classified as Gluten Free because it tests below 20ppm!!! (mostly rice and corn)
Speculates that all the cross-breeding has changed wheat so much in the quest for high yields has led to the rise in gluten intolerance and Celiac disease.
